
Nicole Eastwood, LCSW RYT
Owner & Clinical Director
Nicole is a graduate of the University of Delaware and New York University, and has been working in direct care for over a decade. Nicole has provided direct care clinical work in hospitals, residential, and intensive outpatient settings, using individual & group modalities, as well as parenting skills training.​ Nicole founded Shoreline Cognitive Behavioral Health with the goal of providing the highest quality mental health care to the Shoreline and all of CT.

As a Linehan- trained DBT therapist, Nicole provides comprehensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (including phone coaching). DBT is a highly successful evidence based treatment for a variety of disorders though most often indicated for those struggling with suicidality or self injury.
Nicole is extensively trained through the International OCD Foundation in Exposure Response Prevention for OCD at both the Pediatric and Adult Level. Her expertise includes Tic Disorders, Phobias, and Hoarding.

In addition to the above behavior specialities Nicole excels at broader solution focused work (CBT), and providing the balance of truth and tenderness for individuals to see progress in both their mental health and their lives.
Nicole has provided direct clinical care in hospitals, residential, and intensive outpatient settings and understands the impact deciding on one of those programs can have on individuals and families.
In correlation with her clinical work, Nicole is a Registered Yoga Teacher and enjoys utilizing breath and body work where appropriate. Nicole has also served as a mental health consultant for film and theater, and is available for private trainings and presentations.
Rob Flynn, LMFT-A
Clinician

Rob is a graduate of Quinnipiac University and Southern Connecticut State University where he received his Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. Rob also holds certifications in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Gestalt therapy.
Rob has years of experience in multiple levels of care for Substance Use Disorder (both inpatient and outpatient programs including Turnbridge and Project Courage). He specializes in family coaching for parents and loved ones of those with SUD.
In addition, Rob enjoys his work with those struggling with ADHD and its impact on people achieving their best version of themselves. He provides treatment with an eclectic use of approaches, truly focusing on individual needs.
Rob is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the process for individuals working on achieving the goals that they set out for themselves and embracing the enjoyment of a fulfilling life.
Tatiana Trujillo, LCSW
Clinician
Tatiana is licensed clinical social worker, graduating from Southern Connecticut State University and received her masters in social work from New York University.
Tatiana’s professional experience includes in-home, outpatient and intensive outpatient settings, working primarily with those struggling with suicidal ideation, self-harm, anxiety and depression.
Tatiana enjoys supporting adolescents and young adults navigating life transitions, such as career goals, dynamics with parents and relationship difficulties.
Tatiana’s approach is trauma informed and solutions focused, meeting patients where they are at with empathy. Tatiana utilizes CBT and DBT interventions to support her clients in manage the psychiatric symptoms and achieving personal goals.
